We will extoll the virtues of each and every hamlet and village and community in the whole of Great Britain and Ireland. We will detail all the consumer serving businesses, all the facilities, amenities and events in each village and will include information on all the formal and informal groups that make up the life of the village.

This will contain the detailed directory to all the villages in England, Wales, Scotland and all Ireland - but it will start in 2006 in villages now and achieve full UK & Eire coverage by September 2008 - detailing about 35,000 villages at that time.

A village will include groups of hamlets, real villages and districts (parishes) in a town that all have a community and an identity. Every smaller dwelling area - like a hamlet - and larger unit - like a town or a city - will be included here so that the directory will cover almost all B2C businesses in the countries.

There will be pages for each region and then each village - complemented by maps to be able to visually see and select the appropriate region.

You will be able to select the village or area of interest where there is data about everything concerned with each, including all the Business to Consumer (B2C) businesses within, all the amenities and services and all the events going on.

Details are held for most businesses within every village telling you where they are, who they are, when they are open, what they provide and how easily they cater for the disadvantaged among you. We hold more information about the subscribers than about the others. Every non-profit-making or community operated organisation and every loose organisation will have full details displayed.

We will promote all the businesses in every village giving all the details that you need to contact them by telephone, email, website and physically.

We will promote every event in every village that helps villagers and visitors alike.
