CORPORATE Coaching Programmes and Schedules
At Redbury, we offer three types of corporate coaching for YOUNG PROFESSIONALS, whether they are on a Post Graduate Training Scheme; in Middle Management or starting out in their careers.
1. YOUNG LEADERS
For young, ambitious individuals who aspire and want to develop into effective leaders, realising their FULL potential - We develop a coaching and mentoring partnership with each valued individual.
An anuual programme offering 6 personal coaching sessions PLUS one full day workshop in rural Buckinghamshire. At the workshop, young professionals have the opportunity to network with other aspiring leaders and share experiences, learn and practise the best Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)communication techniques and review personal development goals that will develop them into top performers. The Programme is tailored to meet client and individual needs, so if the individual requires more coaching, they get more coaching; if it's more mentoring, we will find a suitable mentor, and they will get a focussed and dedicated mentor.
2. GRADUATE COACHING – are you getting the best from your graduates?
A 10 month programme designed for postgraduates entering business life.
Using the processes of NLP, we help individuals model the behaviours of excellence and re-produce early personal and business results with consistency and integrity. The benefits of learning these new strategies (a sequence of thinking patterns and behaviours), at a young age, will help these young leaders of tomorrow, achieve outstanding results. We must invest in our leaders of tomorrow TODAY!.
As with technical skills training, applying the newly developed competencies in the workplace can be daunting. More often than not, these highly motivated individuals are left to their own devices and develop their own coping strategies as managers and mentors become less available due to the demands of the workplace.
Our team of coaches commit themselves to each individual's development with personal coaching once a month, and unlimited contact with their own Professional Development Coach - a one day workshop is an optional element which can be added to the programme if desired.
We recommend starting the programme one month from the graduate starting employment to support them from the beginning.

3.TECHNICAL SKILLS COACHING – are you maximizing your investment in training? How often is a Training Skills folder put away in the office drawer, never to be used again?
A 3 month programme designed for young professionals or teams of young delegates that have recently attended or received a technical skills based course, such as negotiation skills training.
This support programme gives young employees a real opportunity to maximize the effectiveness of the training received by focusing on adapting their behaviours in everyday working.
Corporate clients benefit from seeing their original investment realized more quickly.
Programmes commence approximately one week from the end of the training course. Our coaches will work with the delegates either by telephone or in person.
SELECTING INDIVIDUALS With all corporate programmes, at request, we can help clients select employees whom are prepared for personal improvement.
PILOT - Introducing a Coaching Culture For companies new to the idea of coaching.
Step 1 Select people for the coaching pilot project. Choose people who you believe would be open to coaching and would make good advocates of coaching to the other employees.
"Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm." — Ralph Waldo Emerson Step 2 Employees commit to four months of executive coaching. This will lay a strong foundation with a group of people who will be instrumental to the success of the coaching and thereby, the company.
Step 3 At the two-month mark, employees evaluate their coaching experience and report to the company. We meet to discuss the coaching partnership, evaluate progress and create a vision for the remaining two months. Step 4 At the end of the four months evaluate coaching success and redesign partnership.
