Background
Jay Norbury founded The Redbury Coaching Company Limited in 2005.
Jay is a certified Master NLP Practioner and Personal Development Coach, having gained her Diploma with Distinction through The Coaching Academy in the UK, Europe’s leading coaching training organisation.
Jay has over 10 years management experience in blue chip organisations in the UK. With a range of roles from Buying, to Business Planning and Marketing, Jay has first hand experience of the demands of modern corporate workplace.
Jay’s success has been built around developing successful and rewarding relationships with suppliers and colleagues around the world; from mentoring new starters to the organisation and project managing key events.
From her experience of working throughout the world, Jay uses her knowledge of different cultures and backgrounds to understand the requirements of today's global marketplace.
A supporter of young enterprise, Jay has offered her time and experience to the Youth Enterprise Scheme, helping young people develop their business skills for a successful future.
